"Will Patton and his team are the best! I have serveral rental propeties insured with Will and his office. I had a rental property that needed a roof to be replaced. The adjusters and the State Farm Claim department didn't agree the roof needed to be replaced. Will worked dilligently to have them come back out and respect the roof. I honestly was never concerned that Will wouldn't come through for me. He's told me multiple time that he will always fight to make things right for me with any claims that I may have. State Farm has now agreed to replace the roof on my property after multiple weeks of going back and forth. The last thing the claim rep said to me over the phone " Will you please tell that Will Patton to take a chill pill and stop blowing up my email." This is the kinda folks I like doing business with! You can't go wrong going with this group!!"

"This was the worst experience ever with a insurance company when it was time to renew my car insurance they went up. We did not have a ticket or accident then they forgot to add my husband to our car insurance. We did not find out till almost a year later. We bought the house back in July the next year in March the hot water tank busted upstairs and damage my kitchen ceiling. We file a claim, and they dropped us. The first time we filed a claim. Friends had told us that they did them the same way would not recommend State farm to anyone. Betsy was my agent. I cannot believe people work for a company like them you pay your money every month and as soon as you need them, they drop you SAD…."

"Betsy Melton is my Professional Insurance Account Representative. I have bought and sold many vehicles all of which are insured with State Farm under the very capable leadership of Agent Will Patton and his customer dedicated staff. Betsy is the usually the first person I speak with when I have questions. My questions and requests are answered accurately and concisely. If she cannot give me a proper answer, she immediately steps up a level, gets the information and relays it back to me. She then documents any policy changes so I can verify them on the State Farm app.
